Google is currently under investigation in a number of countries to see for breaking data protection or privacy laws. The Korean National Police Agency (KNPA) is investigating Google Korea on suspicion of unauthorized collection of data on users from wi-fi networks.Korean media reported that 19 KNPA agents raided the Google office, seizing hard drives and related documents. A spokesperson for Google told BBC News that the raid was part of the KNPA's "investigation on data collection on Street View Cars". Google Korea said they will answer any question that the police want to know.

In my opinion, Google should not break the data protection laws because it will not safe for people to put their personal information on the internet.

  1. OK Jan, you have a nice blog here. Why is there a content warning at the start of your blog?? Do you have some material that is unsuitable for children?? It's good to see you have lots of posts. Some are a bit short, but overall, a good job. Score = mostly 2s, maybe an occassional 3. Well done..
